joyous Feast Day Felicitations to Our Revered Sr. Anit"


“A grateful heart is a magnet for blessings.”

The Feast Day of our Esteemed Principal Rev. Sr. Anit was celebrated with devotion and gratitude on 30th July. The day began with a prayerful gathering, followed by heartfelt festal greetings, honouring her selfless service and the virtues of her patron saint, St. Anne. A poetic recital and congratulatory song by the core group added a warm, spiritual touch, while a poetry recitation by the teachers expressed admiration and love from the entire school community.

Adding to the joy, the Feast Day of Rev. Sr. Manisha was also celebrated with equal reverence. Guided by the grace of St. Martha, her dedication and presence were lovingly acknowledged through soulful performances and greetings.

The occasion was graced by Honourable Director Rev. Fr. Amal Thakidipuram, Rev. Sr. Anit, Rev. Sr. Manisha, and Respected Sr. Salima. A formal welcome was extended to the Director, followed by a floral welcome to the Sisters by the staff members.

A cake-cutting ceremony, followed by the presentation of a token of love from the staff, brought the celebration to a joyful close—leaving behind moments of warmth, appreciation, and togetherness.

A PowerPoint Presentation Competition was successfully conducted on 1st August 2025, showcasing the creativity, research skills, and presentation abilities of the participating students. Each team demonstrated excellent coordination and clarity while presenting their topics. The competition provided a platform for students to express their ideas visually and effectively, making it an engaging and enriching experience for all.

To mark the occasion of Van Mahotsav, a class-wise PowerPoint Presentation Competition was organised on JULY 11,2025 for Classes IX and X. The theme focused on “Saving the Environment,” and students actively participated with great enthusiasm. Through their visually engaging presentations, they highlighted the significance of tree plantation, conservation of natural resources, and eco-friendly practices. The event not only encouraged environmental awareness but also allowed students to creatively express their ideas on protecting nature.

An Inter-Class Chess Competition was successfully organised for students of Classes IX to XII. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students who showcased their strategic thinking and exceptional gameplay. The competition provided a great platform for young minds to exhibit their chess skills in a healthy and competitive spirit. The event concluded on a high note, leaving both participants and spectators thoroughly impressed.

A Slogan Writing Competition was held on 11th July as part of Van Mahotsav celebrations. The theme focused on the importance of planting trees to save the environment and ensure the survival of humankind. Students participated enthusiastically and showcased their creativity. Many innovative slogans were written and presented in the presence of the organising in-charges. The event inspired students to reflect on their role in protecting nature.



Say No to Drugs – Watch, Learn, and Choose Wisely

On 23rd July, Class XI students presented a powerful play as part of Anti-Drug Day activities. Centered around the message “Say No to Drugs”, the performance aimed to raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse. The students portrayed the serious consequences of addiction with great impact and sensitivity. The presentation left a strong impression, encouraging their peers to make wise and healthy choices. It was a meaningful initiative that combined awareness with creativity and social responsibility



A graceful floral tribute was presented to Rev. Sr. Lincy Xavier, followed by a melodious farewell song and an aesthetic dance performance that filled the atmosphere with gratitude and affection. The esteemed Principal, Rev. Sr. Anit, was also present on the occasion.  Rev. Sr. Lincy Xavier expressed heartfelt thanks to the esteemed Management, teachers, students, and supporting staff for their unwavering support and participation.

Rev. Fr. Amal Thakkadipuram, Honourable Director of the institution, extended his deep appreciation for Sister’s devoted service and acknowledged the presence of the newly joined Sisters, marking the start of a fresh and hopeful chapter in the institution’s journey.

A Warm Welcome to Our New Leader

With hearts full of warmth and reverence, the Sacred Heart Convent School, Khanna extended a gracious and ceremonial welcome to its newly appointed Principal, Rev. Sr. Anit Kuvalloor M.J. The occasion was honoured by the presence of our Honourable Director, Rev. Fr. Amal Thakaddipuram, our Esteemed Principal, Rev. Sr. Lincy Xavier, and all the respected management members.

Sr. Anit was received at the front premises with a guard of honour by the NCC cadets, and a traditional garlanding ceremony, symbolizing respect and celebration. She was also presented with a floral bouquet as a token of love and warm wishes.

The school band played with pride as she was gracefully escorted to the stage, flanked by NCC cadets, the head boy and head girl, and the entire management team.
  Vibrant dance presentations and  melodious musical performances—gracefully performed by the students—to warmly honour the presence of the Sisters. These cultural offerings truly captured the spirit of Sacred Heart and reflected the students’ love, discipline, and artistic expression.

A gracious welcome was also extended to Rev. Sr. Salima and Rev. Sr. Manisha. They also joined who joined  along with Rev. Sr. Anit MJ.

We are proud to share that the Cadet Rank Ceremony held on May 28, 2025, was a moment of great pride for our school. The event began with a warm welcome to our esteemed dignitaries – Rev. Father Amal Thakadipuram, Sr. Lincy Xavier, Sr. Celine , and Subedar Major Dhyan Singh of the 19th Regiment Battalion.

The rank ceremony was conducted by Company Haldar Major Gurdhyan Singh, Sr. Lincy Xavier, and Rev. Father Amal Thakadipuram, honouring the cadets for their discipline, leadership, and dedication.
